What U10 is allowed here
Handling and passing arrives at U7, so a U10 squad has had it for a while. Nothing below that grade sees any of these, in the app or on this site. What U10 rugby allows is the rest of it.

- Two ball square 6 min · 8 to 20 players · 15 x 15 m Calling for it as it arrives, which is too late
- Name and pass 5 min · 8 to 20 players · 12 x 12 m Name said as the ball is already in the air
- Rob the nest 6 min · 8 to 24 players · 25 x 25 m The ball thrown into the nest from a stride away
- Four corner passing 7 min · 8 to 20 players · 15 x 15 m Arms swinging round the body so the pass loops
- Jog and place 6 min · 6+ players · 15 m channel Landing chest first with the arms underneath
- Hospital pass 6 min · 6 to 18 players · 15 x 15 m Reaching for the low ball without moving the feet
- Two hand relay 8 min · 6 to 24 players · 20 m channel One hand on the ball the moment they start running
- Pass down the line 8 min · 6 to 21 players · 20 x 15 m One child a metre ahead of the rest, so the pass has to go forward
- Corner ball 10 min · 8 to 20 players · 20 x 20 m Everybody piling towards whichever corner the ball is nearest
- Catch and turn 7 min · 6 to 18 players · 10 x 10 m Waiting with the arms tucked in for the ball to arrive
- Pop pass gates 8 min · 6 to 18 players · 20 x 10 m The pass thrown hard, so the receiver has to check
- Numbers up 12 min · 9 to 21 players · 25 x 20 m Passing straight away without looking at the defence
- Loop and go 9 min · 6 to 18 players · 20 x 15 m Standing still after the pass to watch what happens
- Switch 9 min · 6 to 18 players · 20 x 15 m The two runners crossing too far apart for the handover
- Under pressure hands 10 min · 8 to 20 players · 20 x 20 m Standing still once they have passed
- Offload in the tackle 10 min · 6 to 18 players · 15 x 15 m Going to ground first and then trying to pass
- Square and pass 10 min · 8 to 21 players · 30 x 20 m The whole line drifting further towards the touchline every pass
- Hands without looking 8 min · 6 to 18 players · 20 x 10 m Eyes dropping to the ball at the moment of the pass
- Taking a free pass 8 min · 6 to 20 players · 15 x 10 m The ball put on the grass or rolled rather than passed out of the hands
- Follow your mate 9 min · 6 to 21 players · 20 x 15 m The two without the ball drifting in front of the carrier
- Scoop it off the floor 8 min · 4 to 20 players · 20 x 10 m Bending from the waist with straight legs and slapping it away
- Keep away in a circle 8 min · 6 to 18 players · 10 x 10 m The ball going round the outside one player at a time
- Out the back door 9 min · 6 to 18 players · 20 x 15 m Passing before the defender has committed to either side
- Chase and regather 9 min · 6 to 18 players · 30 x 20 m Reaching down at the last stride and knocking it on

- Keep ball 8 min · 8 to 20 players · 20 x 20 m Passing to whoever is closest, marker and all
- Long placement 10 min · 6 to 18 players · 10 x 15 m Landing chest first with both arms trapped underneath
- Feed and strike 9 min · 4 to 16 players · 10 x 10 m The feed going in on a curve towards their own hooker
- Taking the restart 9 min · 6 to 20 players · 30 x 25 m Three of them calling for it at once and nobody catching
