Why it's built this way
Everything is pitched at the age group you coach
Rugby grows up in stages. Tag at U7 and U8, tackling from U9, rucks and scrums from U10, no lineout until U14. Tell Equal Play which grade you take and every drill in front of you is one your squad is ready for, so you can pick any of them without stopping to check. That is a safety job as much as a coaching one, which is why it isn't a setting somebody can switch off by mistake. Every claim Equal Play makes about an age grade links out to the RFU's own wording as well, because theirs is the version that counts to a referee. If it's the minutes you're after rather than the drills, Regulation 15 playing time covers those. For what each grade actually plays, from tag at U7 through the first tackles at U9 to the five player scrum at U12, there is a page per age group.
Nothing about a child is ever stored
Player names stay on your phone and never reach a server. There's no roster sitting in a database and no attendance register anywhere, because neither would be worth the risk of holding. If a parent asks you to take their child off, you delete a name on your own phone and that's the end of it. The privacy notice spells out the rest.
It works at the pitch with no signal
Open it at home the night before and it'll still be there when your phone has one bar and nothing behind it. Session plans get written to the phone the moment you type. They go up to the server afterwards, whenever a signal turns up, so a dead connection can't cost you the session you just spent half an hour putting together. The buttons are big for a reason, which is that you'll be tapping them with cold wet hands.
Who makes this
One volunteer coach, for the age group they were already coaching on a Sunday. There is no company behind it, no funding, nothing sold on. Every drill is matched to the age grade, because getting that wrong at a session is a safety matter rather than a preference.

Common questions
Do I need an account?
Not to look round. Pick your age group and every drill for that grade is there to read, with no email address involved. Match day is the same, free for good. An account is for the things that have to still be there next week, which means the sessions you build and the drills you star.
Do you store anything about the children?
No. That's the one thing we won't bend on. Player names live on the phone in your pocket and never reach a server, which also means there's nothing for anybody to lose.
Is it rugby only?
The drills are, deliberately. They are written to RFU Regulation 15 for U7 to U12, which is why what you see matches what your grade actually plays. Match day is the exception, because there's nothing rugby-specific in the fairness maths, so it works just as well for football or netball. How does the fairness actually work?
Everybody carries a debt, which is the game time they were owed for the games they were around for, minus what they've actually had. Whoever is owed the most goes on next. It works that way because a fixed rotation falls apart the moment one child turns up at half nine, whereas a debt just recalculates and carries on.
