What U12 is allowed here
Scrum and restarts arrives at U10, so a U12 squad has had it for a while. Nothing below that grade sees any of these, in the app or on this site. What U12 rugby allows is the rest of it.

Under each one is what it looks like when that drill is going wrong.
- Scrum shape hold 5 min · 3+ players · 10 x 10 m Heads down on crouch
- Three player scrum shape 10 min · 6 to 16 players · 10 x 10 m Heads down looking at the grass on crouch
- Feed and strike 9 min · 4 to 16 players · 10 x 10 m The feed going in on a curve towards their own hooker
- Scrum and away 10 min · 8 to 16 players · 25 x 20 m The backs standing flat footed watching the scrum
- Taking the restart 9 min · 6 to 20 players · 30 x 25 m Three of them calling for it at once and nobody catching
- Scrum with the clock on 9 min · 6 to 16 players · 15 x 15 m Front rows going on bind because they are anticipating
- Five player scrum 11 min · 10 to 20 players · 15 x 15 m Second row binding on the shirt collar or round the neck
- Defending the restart 9 min · 10 to 22 players · 35 x 30 m The quickest child forty metres ahead of everybody else
- Kick off and chase 10 min · 8 to 20 players · 30 x 20 m The ball struck out of the hands before it hits the ground
